Music is part of me, or I am part of it. When I finished my Bachelor of Music studies in violin in Holland, as a requirement, we had to create our own concert program, with the works, a brief explanation of them, and I couldn't help but close by writing "I belong to nature, I belong to Music." That's what I feel, and from this place I share, putting myself at the service of others and letting the music pass through me and flow through me for others. It doesn't belong to me, I am a channel, and with all respect and honesty, I share what is born and dies in each session. And this is understood in such a way that in the sessions, a large part of the melodies and recitals are improvised; they are born, we play, and they go away, intrinsically carrying the power of the art of the ephemeral and the life that exists while it exists.

During the summer of 2022, I was part of the Surikata NGO team and was able to bring the project to Ecuador, sharing my teaching work in different communities across the country.

In 2017, I had the opportunity to participate in the Solidarity Art Vacation in Nicaragua. It was a very enriching experience. We were a group of women teachers, and we carried out a musical project, offering classes in violin, viola, cello, flute, orchestra, choir, body expression, improvisation and musical games, music therapy, and music for babies in different communities and partner schools.

It was there that I firsthand learned about the E.Gordón Method, as two of the girls on the team turned out to be wonderful professionals. Each one runs her own baby music project, Betovi and Music for Babies Madrid.

For me, music has a wonderful quality: it is structure and freedom at the same time. It is rhythm, harmony, and, at the same time, an intimate and collective language. In each workshop, I seek to create a judgment-free space where families can feel welcomed and connected, sharing experiences that transcend words.

We look forward to meeting you in Barcelona soon!

We invite you to be part of this project in which music becomes a bond and a shared experience.
